Light-Duty Operators in the LiftMaster line are limited to 7-8 cycles per hour and 25 cycles per day. They are generally used on doors that are lighter in weight. Exceeding a unit’s cycle specifications can result in a decrease in unit longevity.
Medium-Duty Operators in the LiftMaster line are limited to 12 cycles per hour and 50 cycles per day. They are generally used for doors that are medium weight or moderately heavy. Exceeding a unit’s cycle specifications can result in a decrease in unit longevity.
